Thirty five dollars and unlimited possibilities. Waffle irons are underestimated, mainly due to the name. In my opinion, waffle irons are one of the best ways to cook without a stove/ oven. There are endless possibilities: waffles, polenta, crab cakes, hash browns, and even falafel waffles! The list goes on and on, but I would have to say that the best part of having a waffle iron is trying new stuff! No problems with trial and error, it's all a pivotal part of the culinary experience.

Mix ingredients and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat. For a little extra treat add sliced strawberries or blueberries on top. Any flavor fruit spread or jam can be used...raspberry, pineapple, grape, etc..
